Buying and searching
How do I search for a property?
Use the search page or any property category page. Filter by purpose, type, location and budget, then open a property to see its details.
How do I enquire about a property?
Open the property and send an enquiry. We receive it and connect you with the right party. Owner phone numbers and emails are not shown publicly.
What if I cannot find what I want?
Post your requirement from the search page or any category page. Your filters are included with it and we come back with options.
Can I deal exclusively through USHAS PRIME?
Yes. Email the property code to info@ushasprime.in.
Listing and selling
How do I list a property?
Use the Add Property form. You receive a reference code straight away. A USHAS Associate checks the details, our team reviews the listing and, once approved, it appears in search.
What does “Verified” on a listing mean?
A USHAS Associate has confirmed the property details. Listings without the label have not been verified yet.
Can I list land for a joint venture?
Yes. Choose Joint venture as the purpose when you list it. See the Joint Ventures page for how this works.
Partners and commission
Who can join as a partner?
Brokers, Property Associates (people who know of properties but do not work in property) and USHAS Associates (who confirm property details).
How do I get my partner code?
Register and choose your category. Your code appears in your dashboard.
How is commission paid?
When a property shared under your code is marked sold, commission is calculated automatically and recorded in your dashboard. Rates and conditions are in the Partner Terms and Commission Policy.
What does a USHAS Associate do?
Confirms that a listing’s details are accurate and records the outcome in the dashboard.
Builders
How can builders list projects?
Submit the builder registration form. We review it and get in touch to list your projects.
Account and privacy
Is my phone number shown publicly?
No. Public listings do not show owner or enquirer contact details.
How do I log in?
Partners log in from the Partner Login page.
