1. About these terms

These terms apply to your use of the USHAS PRIME Estates website and services (“USHAS PRIME”, “we”). By using the site you accept them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. What we do

USHAS PRIME is a platform that helps people discover, list and enquire about property. Properties are listed by owners, brokers, developers and partners. Unless we say otherwise in writing, USHAS PRIME is not a party to any transaction between buyers and sellers.

3. Listings and information

We review listings before they appear and some are verified by a USHAS Associate, shown by the “Verified” label. We do not guarantee that any listing is complete, current or free of defects. Prices, sizes and descriptions are provided by the person who listed the property. You should carry out your own checks, including title, approvals and site inspection, before any decision.

4. Listing a property

You must be authorised to list the property and the information you give must be accurate. Submitting a property does not mean it will be listed, valued or sold. We may decline, edit or remove any listing. By uploading photos you confirm you have the right to use them and allow us to display them on the site.

5. Enquiries

When you send an enquiry we may share it with the relevant property representative so they can respond. Do not submit false or misleading enquiries.

6. Partners

Brokers, Property Associates and USHAS Associates are also bound by the Partner Terms & Commission Policy.

7. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the site, attempt to access it without permission, submit unlawful or harmful content, or collect other users’ data.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, USHAS PRIME is not liable for losses arising from reliance on listings or from dealings between users. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Information on the site is general and is not legal, financial or tax advice.

9. Changes

We may update these terms and the site at any time. The current version is on this page.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Jaipur, Rajasthan have jurisdiction, subject to any rights you have under law.
