Partner terms and commission policy.
How partnering works, how commission is calculated and what we expect from partners.
1. Who this applies to
This policy applies to Brokers, Property Associates and USHAS Associates who register with USHAS PRIME Estates (“USHAS PRIME”). By registering you accept it together with our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.
2. Your partner code
On registration you receive a partner code in your dashboard. Brokers and Property Associates use it when sharing a property. The code identifies you; keep it confidential and do not let others use it.
3. Sharing a property
You may share a property only if you have a genuine basis to do so and the owner is willing for it to be marketed. Information you provide must be accurate and not misleading. Each property is checked by a USHAS Associate and reviewed by USHAS PRIME before it is listed. USHAS PRIME may decline or remove any listing.
4. How commission works
Commission applies to Brokers and Property Associates for properties shared under their code. When a property is sold through USHAS PRIME and marked sold, the platform calculates commission automatically as a percentage of the confirmed sale price, using the rate for your category that applies at that time, and records it in your dashboard. Payment terms and timelines are confirmed in your partner agreement.
5. When commission is not payable
Commission is not payable where a sale does not complete, where information supplied was materially inaccurate, where the property was not shared under your code, or where this policy has been breached. A commission entry may be voided in those cases.
6. USHAS Associates
USHAS Associates confirm property details by checking that listing information is accurate and recording the outcome in their dashboard. When a property a USHAS Associate verified is sold and the partner earns a commission, the USHAS Associate receives a share of that partner commission, calculated automatically and shown in their dashboard. The current share is shown with the rates above. USHAS Associates must record only what they have actually checked.
7. Conduct
Partners must act honestly, respect owner and buyer confidentiality, use contact details only for the property concerned, and not represent themselves as employees of USHAS PRIME unless agreed in writing. Buyers who wish to deal exclusively through USHAS PRIME may do so by quoting the property code.
8. Suspension and termination
USHAS PRIME may suspend or end a partnership for breach of this policy or misuse of the platform. You may stop partnering at any time. Commission already earned on completed sales remains subject to section 5.
9. Changes
We may update this policy. The current version is always on this page. Continued use of the platform after a change means you accept it.
